Susan K. Welles

Susan K. Welles, age 69, of Rosendale, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.  Sue was born on October 17, 1952 in Waupun, WI, the daughter of Donald and Genevieve (Maas) Simpson. She graduated from Brandon High School. On August 23, 1975, Sue married Lynn Allen Welles. He preceded her in death on March 2, 2019. Sue worked as a custodian at the Rosendale/Brandon School district for many years and then at Saputo Cheese in Fond du Lac before retiring. She loved all animals and they were a huge part of her life.

Sue is survived by 2 sisters: Nancy (Darrell) Rahn, and Donna (DuWayne) Loest; 3 sisters-in-law: Jean Zimmerman, Ann Riedeman, and Ruth (Steve) Bernstein; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. She is further survived by her dog, Ralphie; 3 cats; and horse, Ole. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lynn, brothers-in-law: Sydney Welles, Mel Loest, and Roger Riedeman.
