Sharon A. Jenkins

Sharon A. Jenkins, age 77, of Ripon, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024 at her home. Sharon was born on May 15, 1947 in Beaver Dam, WI, the daughter of Gordon and Harriet (Aalpoel) TerBeest. Sharon was united in marriage to Stephen Jenkins on January 28, 1967 at the First Reformed Church in Waupun, WI. She loved going to garage sales and thrift stores. She collected clowns and owls and enjoyed watching the birds. She was “one of kind” raising her 6 children.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Stephen; children: Sheila Jenkins of Oshkosh, Shane (Brittany) Jenkins of Oregon, WI, Shawn Jenkins of Baraboo, and Sarah (Lawrence) Schwister of Oshkosh; 6 grandchildren: Joseph (Nicolle) Waltenberry, Michael and Parker Schwister, Straton, Ireland, and Wells Jenkins; 2 sisters: Nancy (Donald) Mullin and Brenda (Michael) Schmidt; niece, Nicole Schmidt; other relatives and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Shannon; and son, Scot.

A Funeral service will be held for Sharon at 10:30am on Friday, September 20, 2024 at Divine Passage Funeral Home in Ripon with Pastor Jeff Casper officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday, September 20, 2024 from 10:00am until the time of the services. Burial will be held in Mackford Union Cemetery in Mackford, WI.
