Sandy was a stubborn fighter, never giving up. She was challenged at every turn and would always rise above. She loved life and chocolate!

Sandy's family wishes to thank the staff at Patriot Place and Juliette Manor for all their care these past years. In addition, thanks goes to the staff at St. Agnesian Hospice Hope, with heartfelt gratitude to those that went above and beyond on their own time (Pam for washing mom's hair one last time and Chaplain Peggy for providing comfort and support during mom's last days).

A special thanks goes to everyone who went above and beyond (you know who you are), who cared for my mom. You all were tender, compassionate, patient, respectful and loving. You gave mom her dignity in many ways by making sure she was clean, comfortable and at peace. From the bottom of my heart...Thank you! Hugs, Lisa

God saw she was getting tired.

And a cure was not to be.

So he put his arms around her and

whispered come with me.

Her golden heart stopped beating

Hard working hands to rest

God broke our hearts to prove to us

He only takes the best.
