Lorenzo "Donnie" Martin

Lorenzo “Donnie” Martin, age 55, of Milwaukee, passed away unexpectedly after a tragic accident in Milwaukee the evening of July 14, 2025. Donnie was born on September 2, 1969 in Milwaukee; the son of Bill and Rosa (Reese) Martin.

Donnie loved being with his family and enjoyed living life. He will be greatly missed by his daughter, Jasmine Coleman; grandchildren: Isrelle and Lyric Coleman; siblings: Latricia (Will) Sellers, Ramona Reese, Billy (Connie) Martin, Derrick (Kristy) Martin, and Jimelle Calloway; nieces and nephews: Cheri Reese, Duane (Sarah) James, Dia James, Desha James, Darrell James, Emmanual (Nina) Martin, Natasha Jackson, Jonathan Lindsey, Mia (Nick) Matos, Quinese (fiancée Darien Russell) Farr, Diera Martin, Derrick Martin Jr, Tyrese Wilson, Cerena Jones, Shania Martin, Brianna Jones, Jimelle Calloway Jr, Jalyna Calloway, and Jimahl Calloway; aunts: Susan Smith, Coachella (Rev. Dr. Michael) Purter, and Cheryl Ross; a host of cousins and many friends. He was greeted in heaven by his grandparents: Robert and Marjorie Reese; parents: Bill and Rosa Martin; step-father, James Calloway; aunts: Debra Foster and Winifred “Candie” Dukes; nephew, Cas Martin; and niece, Ariel Foxx.

Per the wishes of the family, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life for Donnie will be held on September 6, 2025 in Milwaukee. Divine Passage Funeral Home in Ripon is serving the Martin family during this difficult time. Divinepassagefunerals.com
