Leo "Lee" Schwartz, age 62, of Princeton, WI passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at his home with his family by his side. He has born on April 12, 1951 in Ripon, WI the son of Leo and Gertrude (Thiel) Schwartz. Lee graduated from Montello High School and worked at Speed Queen for many years. He was united in marriage to his beloved wife San Juanita Martinez on April 3, 1973 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Montello. Lee was a member of the Montello Rod and Gun Club and loved Sporting Clay Trap Shooting. He was an avid hunter and fisher. Lee enjoyed fixing cars growing up and made his own Hot Rods. His 1960 Chevy Impala was his prized possession.
Lee is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, San Juanita of Princeton; son Harry (Lori) Schwartz of Colorado; daughter Julie (Juan) Schreiber of Waupun; sister Kathleen (Mike) Brown of Oxford; three grandchildren: Cynthia Schreiber, Willie and Katie Schwartz; many nieces, nephews dear friends. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held at St John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Montello on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at 2:00PM with Pastor Peter Zietlow officiating. Friends and family may visit at the church on Sunday from 1:00PM until the time of the services. Burial will be held in Greenwood Cemetery in the Town of Buffalo.
