Jerry G. Tritten, age 67, of Green Lake, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. Jerry was born on November 1, 1949 in Waukegan, IL, the son of Richard and Irene (Ory) Tritten. He was united in marriage to his loving wife, Lynda Behringer on July 13, 1968 at Our Lady of Humility Church in Zion, IL. Jerry worked at Johnson Outboard in Waukegan, IL. for 25 years. He also worked as an Auto Detailer for 15 years in Kenosha. In December 2014, Jerry and Lynda moved to Green Lake.
Jerry was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Church in Green Lake. He was a loving father and a very kind man. He was never mean to anyone and loved all of his grandkids and great grandkids. Jerry was a big big Chicago Cubs fan; NASCAR fan, especially Jeff Gordon; and a big Chicago Blackhawks fan. He was a big toy collector, enjoyed going to the flea markets and spending time with his family.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Lynda; son, Gary Tritten of Pearsall, TX; daughter, Christine (Joseph) Kuruc of Princeton; 9 grandchildren: Josh, Zachery, Justin and Abby Tritten, Alisa, Jessica, and Amber Kuruc, Candice Martinez and Myron Finley; 7 great grandchildren: Lilyanna, Elias, A'mya, Carmelo, Isabelle, Madison Grace, and Valencia; two brothers: John (Pam) Tritten and Joe (Becky) Bush, both of Kenosha, WI; one sister, Marianne DeHeart of Racine, WI; other relatives and many dear friends. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; son, Gerry Tritten and brother, Danny Tritten.
A Celebration of Life for Jerry will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 10:30am at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Green Lake with Father Philip Krognan officiating.
