Janice G. Cujak

Janice G. Cujak, age 90, of Ripon, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at her home a month before her 91st birthday. Jan was born on March 26, 1934 at home in Fond du Lac, WI; the daughter of John and Veronica (Pawlak) Gray. She attended and graduated from St. Mary Springs High School in Fond du Lac, class of 1952. She then attended the Agnesian School of Nursing and became a Registered Nurse. She worked at St. Agnes hospital, Ripon Medical Center and Parkview Nursing home for over 32 years before retiring. She was united in marriage to Paul Anthony Cujak on July 25, 1959 at St. Joseph’s Church in Fond du Lac. Jan was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading a good book and completing puzzles. Her love for family and friends was her most precious gift to all who were blessed to know her. She always made us smile!

Jan is survived by her husband of 65 years Paul; children: Ann (John) Pecoraro of Prior Lake, MN, John (Sheri) Cujak of Westfield, Amy (Kevin) Kiplin of Berlin, and Michael (Claudia) Cujak of Geroldswil, Switzerland; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Patann Rebek of Erin, WI; other relatives, and many dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; and infant daughter, Carol.

Per the wishes of Jan, she will be cremated with no services. Interment will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, May 16, 2025 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Ripon. Divine Passage Funeral Home in Ripon is serving the Cujak family. Divinepassagefunerals.com
