Helen Louise Mary Timm

Helen Louise Mary Timm, of Ripon, WI, went to her eternal home in heaven on her 94th birthday at Theda Care Medical Center in Berlin on Saturday, January 28, 2023. Helen was born on January 28, 1929 in Ripon, WI, the daughter of Frank and Meta (Klentz) Brown. She married her sweetheart, Robert Timm, on September 4, 1948 at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Ripon, WI. Bob preceded her in death on September 23, 2021 after 73 years of marriage.

Helen was a lifelong devoted member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Ripon, WI. She collected hundreds of dolls and cardinal figurines that she displayed around her home. She had a special bond with dogs, Oakley and Shelby. She enjoyed baking pies and bread, and loved making fudge and cookies at Christmas time for her family and friends.   

Helen is survived by her two children: Dennis (Kathy) Timm of Ripon and Diana (Reverend Paul) Fetzer of Clare, MI; five grandchildren: Melanie (Chad) Holdorf, Michael (Molly) Fetzer, Elizabeth (Steven) Collings, Benjamin (Shiela) Fetzer, and Melissa (Kris) Patera; four great grandchildren; a great great grandson on the way; two sisters: Evelyn Goyette and Jane Brown; special friend, Joanne Gregor; other relatives and many dear friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob; parents; grandson, Matthew Fetzer; a brother and a sister.

A Visitation for Helen will be held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Divine Passage Funeral Home in Ripon. Friends and family may also visit at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Ripon on Friday, February 3, 2023 from 10:00am until the time of the funeral services.

Funeral Services for Helen will be held at 11:00am on Friday, February 3, 2023 at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church with Reverend Michael Sheppard officiating.
