Frances M. Holland

Frances M. Holland, age 92, of Ripon, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Prairie Place in Ripon. Frances was born on August 28, 1923 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of John and Emma (Fratric) Fister. She was united in marriage to Thomas Holland on August 30, 1947 at the St. Catherine of Genoa Catholic Church in Chicago. He then preceded her in death on April 1, 2002.

Frances was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Church in Green Lake and the Craft Club in Manchester. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and various other crafts. She loved baking and cooking. She was a very intelligent, hardworking, loving mother and wife. Her family was always number one.

Frances is survived by her two daughters: Nancy Holland of Green Lake and Patricia Wilkens of Ogema. She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Thomas.

A Private burial for Frances will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake with Father Philip Krognan officiating.
