Donald J. Metzger

Donald J. Metzger, age 89, of Ripon, passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Copperleaf Village in Ripon. Donald was born on December 24, 1928 in Chicago, IL the son of Jack and Florence Metzger. He was united in marriage to Betty Blonien on October 4, 1948 in Milwaukee, WI. Don served his country in the US Navy. He was Computer Technician for many years and enjoyed his retirement to the fullest.

Donald is survived by his wife, Betty; 5 children: Richard (Eleanore) Metzger of Kansasville, WI; Robert Metzger of Burlington; Carol (Stephen Kells) Metzger of Mt. Pleasant; Don (Angie) Metzger of Redgranite; and Terri (Joe) Myszkewicz of Burlington; 6 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Richard Metzger.
