Carole Anne Rose, age 87, of Jackson, WI, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025 at Charter Senior Living in Jackson, WI while surrounded by her family. Carole was born on February 11, 1938 in Milwaukee, WI; the daughter of Frederick and Rachel (Schnell) Grauberger. She attended and graduated from West Bend High School.
Carole was united in marriage to Gordon Rose on August 30, 1958 at Christ Lutheran Church in Jackson, WI. She owned her own card and gift store and was a member of New Beginnings Christian Community Church in Westfield, WI. She enjoyed sewing silkie blankets for babies, crocheting, flowers, and gardening.
Carole is survived by her husband, Gordon Rose; son, Stephen Rose of Harrisville; daughter’s: Rachelle (Tom) Pallin of Hartford, WI, and Sarah (Gregg) Huettl of DePere, WI; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister’s: Bonnie Schwartzkopf of Crivitz, WI, and Marion Bowen of Mounds View, MN; brother’s: Fred Grauberger of Milwaukee, WI, and Victor (Jeanne) Magnus of Oshkosh, WI; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Russell Scott Rose; sister-in-law, Barbara Grauberger; and brother-in-law, Norman Schwartzkopf.
A Memorial Service will be held for Carole at 12:00PM on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Divine Passage Funeral Home, 175 N Douglas Street, in Ripon with Pastor Terry Temanson officiating.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Divine Passage Funeral Home from 10:00AM until the time of the services.
