Carol A. Drefahl, age 68, of Ripon, passed away on Wednesday May 8, 2013 at the Markesan Resident Home in Markesan, WI.

Carol was born on August 29, 1944 in Milwaukee, WI the daughter of Joe and Irene (Wojcik) Zepezauer. She enjoyed drinking wine and spending time with her family and friends. She always had animals in her life and loved spending time and caring for them.

Carol is survived by her daughter Laurie (Tom) Engelhardt of Ripon, WI; sister Geralyn Schoenborn of Port Washington, WI; nephew Joseph Schoenborn of Saukville, WI; special friends Al (Carol) Anders of Waupun, WI and Dan (Marguerite) Parks of Ripon, WI; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Per Carol's wishes, there will not be a memorial service. In lieu of flowers, send memorials to Divine Passage Funeral Home to be forwarded to the family. The family extends a special thank you to all of the staff at the Markesan Resident Home for caring for mom!
